Spribe Me Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & Player Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Spribe Me platform at spribeme.pro, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all use of the platform, including the website, the mobile app and any other interface through which Spribe Me services are accessed.

If you are using the platform on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have that person's authority to agree to these terms, and that person will also be bound by them. However, account sharing is not permitted under these terms – each account must belong to and be operated by the registered individual only.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use a Spribe Me account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended Spribe Me account.
• You must be using the platform for personal entertainment only, not on behalf of any third party or for commercial purposes.
• You must be using your own payment methods and depositing your own funds. Accounts funded through third-party payment sources are not permitted.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. If Spribe Me discovers that a player holds multiple accounts – whether under their real name, a variation of it, or a completely different identity – all associated accounts may be suspended pending investigation. Any bonuses or promotional credits claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided.

Spribe Me may request identity verification documents at any point during or after registration. This is a standard process to confirm that the information provided matches the account holder. Until verification is complete, certain features including withdrawals may be restricted.

3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your Spribe Me account credentials secure. This includes your login details, password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. Spribe Me will never ask you to share your password via email, chat or any other channel.

• Use a strong, unique password for your Spribe Me account and do not reuse it across other platforms.
• Do not allow anyone else to access your account. Account sharing is a breach of these terms regardless of the reason.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password.
• Any bets or transactions placed during an unauthorised session before you report the issue may not be reversible, depending on the circumstances.

Spribe Me takes platform security seriously and uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, the security of your own device and login credentials is your responsibility. The platform cannot be held liable for losses arising from you sharing your credentials or failing to secure your account on your end.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Spribe Me are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and card payments. The available methods and applicable limits are displayed within the Deposit section of your account.

Deposits:

• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are shown at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Most deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa process instantly. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank.
• Spribe Me does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to verification. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may have withdrawals held until the process is completed.
• Processing times vary by method. Mobile wallet withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Real money funds deposited by the player can generally be withdrawn subject to verification.
• Spribe Me reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal requests as part of standard due diligence.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Spribe Me offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback and seasonal promotions tied to events like PSL and ICC cricket tournaments. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published in the Promotions section at the time the offer is active.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, not real money, until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Each promotion has a specified wagering requirement – typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, 10x means you must wager ten times the bonus before it converts to withdrawable cash).
• Wagering contributions may vary by game type. Sports bets may contribute differently from casino games, and some games may be excluded from wagering requirements entirely. This will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met before the expiry date, any remaining bonus balance will be removed from your account.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome offer multiple times through different accounts is considered bonus abuse.
• Spribe Me reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion will typically be allowed to complete the existing wagering requirements.

6 Sports Betting Rules

Spribe Me offers sports betting across a range of categories including Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODIs, Test matches, Football and Esports. Betting is available pre-match and in-play for covered fixtures, subject to market availability at the time of the event.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change until a bet slip is submitted and accepted.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and per market. These are shown on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the platform offers a specific cash-out or bet cancellation feature for that market.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief delay during processing. Bets submitted during this window may be accepted or rejected depending on whether the odds have changed significantly.
• If a match or event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled without a result being declared, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• For cricket, including PSL and T20 matches, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applies where a match is interrupted. Settlement will follow DLS outcomes where a result is declared under that method.
• Spribe Me reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or settled in error, including cases of obvious pricing errors or system faults.
• Maximum winnings per bet or per day may apply. These limits are shown in the betting rules within the Sports and Betting sections of the platform.

7 Casino & Game Rules

The Spribe Me game lobby includes slots, crash games, table games and live dealer titles. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. The following general principles apply across all casino and game products on the platform:

• All games use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical outcomes. Results are not influenced by previous rounds, bet size or account status.
• Each game has a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the theoretical long-run payout rate. RTP is not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are shown within the game interface before play begins.
• If a game session is interrupted due to a technical issue, the round will typically be resolved based on the last confirmed game state. If resolution is not possible, the stake for that round may be returned.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Spribe Me. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent banning from the platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering under a false name or date of birth.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools to place bets, navigate the platform or interact with games in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in match fixing, insider betting or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on Spribe Me.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino or any competitive game format available on the platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft or other illegal means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, disrupt or otherwise interfere with the platform's systems, software or servers.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing support staff or other players through any communication channel associated with Spribe Me.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers, free bets or promotional credits in a manner that is clearly outside the intended use of those offers.

Spribe Me monitors account activity and has systems in place to detect unusual patterns. If suspicious behaviour is identified, the platform may place a temporary hold on an account while an investigation is carried out. Players will be notified of this and given the opportunity to respond.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Spribe Me may suspend or close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time when requested.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal use of the account.

Where an account is suspended for investigation rather than confirmed breach, Spribe Me will aim to resolve the review within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation finds no breach, the account will be reinstated and normal access restored.

If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, you can request this through the support team. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method once the closure process is complete, provided all verification requirements have been met.

10 Responsible Gaming
